Mini Arbequina - California EVOO

This EVOO is quite smooth and has a mild but intense flavor. I have used it in a salad dressing, and a meat marinade. Absolulove this Spanish olive oil.

used it to make the pasta recipe

I love that my oils are always fresh being single and I love to cook for a group but don't often to commit to large bottles this way I can try others.
