Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Aricha Adorsi Washed

I've roasted this at least 10 times, each with a different profile attempting to get obvious acidity and some distinction in flavor. The end results have been somewhat vague with little changes in the coffee regardless of the variation in the profile. The acidity has been non committal. The one or two on which I tried to build did express a hint but it didn't develop. I will keep trying as I have about a pound left with which to experiement.

Makes a clean cup with a nice sweetness at 1:15 development time.
