Website offers refunds but when I tried to return my product for a refund, I was told that even though the website says refunds are available, there is actually a secret internal process for refunds and due to this secret internal process, my refund was not accepted. The website does not say this. This is fraud. I disputed this with my credit card company and was given a full refund through my credit card. I also reported this fraud and deceptive advertising to our attorney general's office. Don't buy from this company.

Used on arms and legs and instantly started burning and skin turned red and blotchy. I dont have sensitive skin at all. Both bottles straight in the bin. Waste of my money. Never noticed their disclaimer before now that they hold no liability to reactions
