Series 7 Kolinsky Sable Brush - Round

My order was lost in the UPS delivery system, arriving AFTER my online class. Meanwhile in an attempt to accommodate me for an upcoming class, a duplicate order was delivered. So, I received and was charged for two orders at $800. 00 each. I could not use either. I wrote customer service and asked for a return label. Days later, I received an email return label, but it incorrectly identifies me as the delivery destination instead of Winsor & Newton. This is exhausting and not at all the experience I expect from Winstor & Newton. I expect to honor my original order with full payment. I would like to return the duplicate box in tact, and my credit card reimbursed, but I still lack the correct return label to return the box and contents to Winsor & Newton. The brush has a few hairs that separate after a bit of time painting. Using brush conditioner and shaper helps but the issue persists, still a joy to paint with but a little disappointed this made it through quality control.
