The instructions were easy to follow. Even though it calls for 2 people to set up, I was able to do it solo. It took about 8 hours, split over two weekends, and I was just taking my time. Ready to start using it.

I just set up my Mikolo M4 Gym. I am very happy with the variety of options I have with this machine. This is a solid piece of equipment. This equipment is a few steps up from the equipment I have accumulated over several years. This machine has consolidated several pieces of equipment and is making better use of the space available for fitness in my home. I look forward to several years of use. The Mikolo Team has been helpful and supportive from the initial look at their site to the set up of my machine.

This home gym is for my son. However, after assembling it, the entire family is using it and now his friends want to come and lift with my son.. The machine is well constructed. It looks like it can take years of lifting and still keep on going for years to come. It is a life long investment. Our whole family love it.
