Nitecore EDC25, battery concerns......BUT WAIT!!!

I purchased a Nitecore EDC25 about two years ago, and unfortunately the battery recently stopped holding a charge. I contacted Nitecore customer service, sent the light in for evaluation, and was impressed by the outcome. After assessing the issue, they replaced it with a newer EDC27 UHi at no cost. The replacement is an excellent upgrade, but what stood out most was Nitecore's commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. Professional, responsive service like this is rare and greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Had an issue with the nitecore edc25 power button not working. Got fast response for return and I requested nitecore edc27. One week later received edc 27 and working even better than ever.
