Nitecore EDC25, battery concerns......BUT WAIT!!!

I purchased a Nitecore EDC25 about two years ago, and unfortunately the battery recently stopped holding a charge. I contacted Nitecore customer service, sent the light in for evaluation, and was impressed by the outcome. After assessing the issue, they replaced it with a newer EDC27 UHi at no cost. The replacement is an excellent upgrade, but what stood out most was Nitecore's commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. Professional, responsive service like this is rare and greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

It was Not Working Properly But Nitecore asked me to send it back to them... So let's see what they say???

As good as my old EDC 25

I was replacing my EDC 25 which I loved. The EDC 27 is equally as good.
