Duncraft clear plastic bird bath with post ($89.95)

I was looking forward to placing this bird bath in my garden. It arrived in a timely manner - tho - was missing the washers and screws to put the bath together. I'm calling customer service to see if missing pieces can be sent to me. I'm elderly and don't drive so trying to "carry" this bath and poles to a hardware store would not be possible.

Hard to Clean

I found this bird bath design, while attractive, to be impractical because of how hard it is to empty the bowl and clean it. The bowl is attached to the upper part of the stem so in order to empty and clean it, you have to pull the stem out. A much preferred design would be a separate bowl that lifts out of the stand.
