BlueFeast™ Deluxe Bluebird Feeder

Everything we expected and more. The quality and thought into the construction of the BB Feeder is amazing. It took a little while for the Bluebirds to find their way in. Very sturdy and heavy. It hangs well on the iron Shepherd hooks. It was an expensive purchase. I think it will last a very long time. Filling it once a week verses daily is pleasant and convienient also.

One week and my bluebirds haven't visited it yet. Still hopeful. Rated three stars because the rooftop needs a 2 inch overhang all around to keep the rain from drenching my mealworms. Cant believe none of the reviews I read reported this. I drilled holes in the tray for drainage. Now to come up with a plan to address the roof. I really thought this $100 plus feeder would be ready for action on its own. Disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful feeder and so well made! We love it for the structure and the color. So far, our Bluebirds have not visited it, but we live in Nebraska and for the past few years we have had them stay over the winter. We are hoping that maybe they will feel safe enough to use it this winter. We will keep trying!
