While the house is nice, the description does not tell you that the pole does not have an end piece that goes into the ground. Upon calling them, I found out that I had to buy that separately - this was not in the description. By the time you buy this part and pay shipping - again - this is a 200 item, not 150. I still would have bought the item as a complete set, and it would have been a less hassle and worry, and much less in shipping cost. I really hate giving 1 star for such a nice product, but it's the only way to let people know what to do and not go through what I had to in finding out the problem.

It is a lovely and well made bluebird house.... and I love that it is made in America. I have enjoyed doing business with Duncraft since I discovered you a couple of months ago. Wish I had known about you sooner :-). Also bought a bat house last month and am quite pleased with that too.
