First Attempt to Cook Osso Buco

I recently cooked osso buco for the first time after sampling it from Lockwood Ranch, and it turned out absolutely out of this world! I slow-cooked two pieces in a cast iron pot for four hours, and the result was a dish that was juicy, tender, falling apart, and bursting with flavor. Served alongside creamy mashed potatoes and a fresh green salad, it was a meal to remember. The quality of the meat from Lockwood Ranch made all the difference - it elevated the dish to Michelin star restaurant-level perfection. If you are considering trying osso buco or simply want high-quality meat for your next culinary adventure, I can’t recommend Lockwood Ranch enough. This experience has me hooked, and I’ll definitely be back for more! Any piece of meat I bought from this ranch so far has been the next level. If you eat meat, you won't want to go back to grocery stores after tasting meat from this ranch.

Hands down the best beef we have ever had! We will definitely be back to purchase more...all the way from Huntsville! We are telling all of our friends too! So worth the trip!

We tried the Osso bucca again and using my Google receive met with unparalleled success. We love Lockwood Range beef. The taste in my opinion is discernable compared to any grocery store. It's at a level you taste at top rated gourmet restaurants. Highly recommended.
