Stalwart Riding Pants

I love the way these pants fit me overall. I measured myself for reference before ordering and originally ordered a 44/34. I am usually around that size depending on the brand. Upon receiving them I found that the pants seemed a bit big around the waist but were still manageable. I ended up deciding to return them for another reason which I will explain. But when I exchanged these out I got a 42/34 and the fit was perfect. The sizing questionnaire suggested that I was a 40/34 so I guess I should have met in the middle of my measurements and the automated suggestion. The main reason I give these three stars is because of how the padding pockets are designed and fit. For one, the first pair of pants had completely different pocket designs for the knee pads than the pair I exchanged them for. The first set of pants had a tiered set of pouches for the armor that would changed the height based on your body build which I thought was cool but the padding was still far too low to even be useful for me. The second pair had one set pocket for the armor padding. Secondly (and the reason for the initial exchange), the pad was far below my knee making it pointless to have them in for both pairs of pants. I guess I will have to get them altered in order for that to work. Just seems like a lot of money to invest in a set of armored pants to find inconsistencies like that and not even be able to utilize them to their full potential. And just for the sake of making the point, a 34 inseam length is perfect length-wise for me. I could get a 32 and possibly make that work but that was never an option through NBT. I have only seen them offer 34 inseam length for my waist sizes.

Amazing fit and feel, very flexible and soft material.. I was concerned they wpuld be stiff but theyre very soft. My son wear them which is how i found them, he raves about his so im sure ill have the same love for them once i wear them

Nice Looking Jeans

I'm a realtor and ride my bike to showings sometimes. These jeans pair well with a short sleeve button up and look very nice. It is great to know I'm well protected also. This was my first time ordering from NBT and I would defintley order another pair. My only complaint is that the armor is not as nice as my Revit jeans but not by much. The knee pads are just smaller and don't cover as much.
