Comfy out of the box with good ventilation. Stays surprisingly cool considering they are a rich black color. Solid sole that is stable when standing on ADV pegs, flexible enough to work the gear shift, walkable enough you could probably do a short hike, and the solid ankle cups that surround you with pillows of protective goodness. Good gear designed by folks that care. I am too lazy to do more t-shirt or glove reviews, but everything is good. I nabbed a sale and they sent me an extra ‘Merica neck gaiter, but I would have said these nice things even without those positives. Just need to wear these items out to grab more, but since they are well made, they are going to last… so pass on the good word and keep them in business until that time!

The only thing I dislike about the boots is that its not perfectly symmetrical. The width of the lacing area is wider on the right boot, and I was not able to fix this by tightening the laces. I understand most people wont care or even notice this but I have OCD lol. Hopefully once they break in it fixes itself.

Outstanding, all-day boots

I bought these right before I took off on a month long cross country bike trip. I was very nervous as I often find boots to not fit well, be much too hot, or a wide array of other issues that makes finding the right boots a chore. After living in these almost everyday for a month on my bike and hiking around the Canadian Rockies, I can say these boots were worth every penny. I am already thinking of grabbing another pair. The ventilation is very good in hot weather, but doesn't freeze my feet when the temps drop. Plenty of room for the toes, and a great snug fit overall. Walking and standing is also no problem with these boots.
