License to Ride Slim Cargo Pant

These pants are great. They look good and fit good. Order a size smaller in the waist because they stretch a lot. The material feels good and doesn’t itch or feel scratchy. The knee and hip pads also feel good inside the pants. They look like regular cargo pants and people can’t tell you have pads on unless you knew to look for them. The do get hot in the summer if you are riding for an hour or more. I used them for a training class where we rode 50 minutes on and took a 10 minute break on and off for about 5-6 hours. I had started to sweat through to the outside. These are probably perfect for the spring and fall. I am definitely going to be ordering more.

Absolutely love these jeans—the quality, material, and overall style are excellent. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is the fit. If it weren’t for NBT’s outstanding customer service via email (though I do wish they had phone support), this probably would have been a 3-star review. I have slightly larger calves, but nothing extreme. The original pair in size 32 was extremely tight through the calves and crotch. NBT’s team helped me exchange them for a size 34. While the larger size gave me more room in those areas, it ended up being a bit loose around the hips, and the fit still wasn’t quite right for me. I’m exchanging them for the straight-leg version instead, and I’m looking forward to seeing how those fit. Based on the quality and customer service, I’d definitely buy from NBT again, and I’ll be sure to leave a review of the straight-leg jeans as well.

These pants (license to ride slim cargo pants)fit great. Yes, I followed the sizing chart. Even though I typically wear a size 33-34 waist, the 32” waist and 30” length fit perfectly. Also, at 5’9” and 160lbs. the Men’s Body Guard Hoodie 2.0 in XL fit loosely(slightly baggy) but looks real good. I wanted a size that wasn’t tight fitting but still looked good. I’m happy I got the XL. I think the L probably would have been fine but I wanted the hoodie to be slightly oversized.
