Very comfortable not perfect.

Very comfortable. The jacket is a little heavy but still very breathable. Only major complaint is the armor especially the elbow area. The armor is a little too big for my elbow pockets and have resulted in the armor sticking to my arm and making the hoodie sleeve itself not sit right on my arm. Also would be nice if you could take the armor out of the sleeves without having to completely take the hoodie off, just food for thought. Overall super comfortable but invest in better armor!

Great Hoodie!!!

Very nicely built hoodie! I'm 5'8" and stocky build I got a medium and it fits me well when it on but I cant just pull it on because of my build. Which I think is better as it holds the pads where they need to be and I'm not worried about them rolling out of position in the event of a crash. I feel very safe and secure in it for sure. The pads are good and you can hardly tell they are there from both the outside and wearing it. So glad I made this purchase. I bought a grey one and a black one. Customer service has been great as well!

I'm going to be completely honest here. Ive purchased two of their hoodies and will never buy from them again. I tried to give them a 2nd chance and wish I went with who I originally wanted to on revzilla. I liked the idea that I could get bigger more true sizes because I need bigger gear because of my chest size which NBT had. My 1st issue is that the shipping takes forever as it will take probably a week to week and a half to go from order placed to actually being shipped. I waited over 24 hrs alone from the time shipping label was created till order was actually received by shipper which was during a weekday. My 2nd problem was that you cannot speak to a person if you have an issue as there is no phone number to contact, you have to wait for someone to read an email. I purchased two hoodies at two different times and both hoodies had defects. Also, the hoodies don't stretch like a normal hoodie so you will need a size up from your normal size because it's a pain in the butt to get off and tight when you move. These hoodies are heavy too so be prepared, as it weighs as much as my leather riding jacket. The pockets for the armor isn't that good which makes the armor a little messed up and not sit correctly. The zipper for the pocket sucks and is so hard to zip up one handed and even worse with gloves on. The threading is normal thread and after one wash on delicate is starting to come out in spots. I thought some of the issues might have been a one time issue and soo badly wanted to support a local company here in the US, but it seems like they just sponsor content creators to push their products. Now I do have to say it is comfortable if you go up a size and will keep you warm in cooler riding climate. I wish there was a snap to roll up hood like other riding hoodies have. I was given a pair of gloves as a token of them messing up my order, and I threw them in the trash. These gloves wont protect you at all if you go down. My mechanics gloves are better and cheaper. The gloves are thin, cheap threading, and useless and wouldn't use them riding a bicycle
