Infuser Basket for Stainless Steel Bottles

The basket itself is well made, but it is not compatible with a large portion of the Cognitive Surplus steel bottle lineup, including the Heartbeat 500ml. This is not clearly communicated at the point of purchase. I asked customer service about compatibility before ordering and was directed to this exact basket without any mention of this limitation. The incompatibility is noted on the website, but requires careful attention to spot. I ended up with a product I cannot use.
