Love, but room for improvement

We love owala and have many cups, both for kids and adults. I love these cups aside from cleaning. The description even says "easy cleaning" and I want to know who it is easy for? To get the entire rubber piece out and back in takes so much effort that my husband has to do it and he gets really irritated. My hands hurt putting it back together. The design of the Zak cup in terms of taking apart to clean is infinitely easier than these, but the quality of Owala is better. The continued hunt for the most perfect cup is still on. I hesitate to buy anymore kid Owala's due to how hard it is to thoroughly clean.

Worst cup

I bought 4 of the kids tumblers for my four foster children all 3 years old and under. They are not leak proof at all! The water or juice free flows from the air vent and straw. I sent a message to Owala and a video, to no avail. No contact at all. No offer of a replacement or refund. I am so put out. That was a lot of money to spend for a product to fail miserably.
