The Yin Yang Foot
First the good; what a foot! Man that foot fits like a shoe on my cooler and what a bargain at $20 including shipping too (not). The bad; communication. Just plain poor to unacceptable. I happened to lose the foot during a weekend event I was attending so I reached out on facebook messenger to no avail. Unfortunately the contact info on your website is slightly convoluted and obscure to find. So I just ordered a foot and paid the shipping. Only after I had placed my order and after 4 days of waiting for a response did the company reach out and “make it right” by sending me another foot but not really taking care of me because I was out 20 bucks for the foot plus shipping. Insult to injury; I asked if I needed to use any adhesive and was told no. Only to discover all the feet were loose and all had failed adhesive under them. I removed all the feet and cleaned and reapplied adhesive and the feet. Hopefully my repair to my 500 dollar cooler lasts longer than the original fitment. So, 3 stars because I still give the cooler 5 stars but customer service is a 1. Anyway, you asked and don’t act like you didn’t know I was a little nutty because we already had this conversation. Peace, love and cold drinks.
