Like many, I discovered this brand because of Lorde and I didn’t take water bottles seriously until then. This was a delightful surprise because the titanium really does make a difference. It’s lightweight when empty so it’s perfect for travel but the taste of the water remains impeccable. I’m really happy with the color I got because it reminds me of the aurora. Also it’s pleasing it’s completely made out of recycled material. I’m giving it a 5 star because I really do love it personally, but I would also like to point out that as much as I like it, it’s not perfect. The lid must be very tighten up otherwise it will leak everywhere, and for the priced, the metal is very easily scratched and dented. I would expect a water bottle that costs $150 to last a little longer without any damages - and I’ve been extremely careful with mine to the point where I watch where I set it so it doesn’t scratch. I wish there was an option on the website to purchase the black lid, I noticed the other water bottles come with it and I wonder if that lid makes a difference in the leaking, I’d love to test it out. Either way - I’ll be following this brand very closely from now on!

Amazing bottle

I’m really happy with the bottle and the customer service. The white lid is made from recycled material and day one would leave small dust sized particles inside the bottle. Snowpeak was quick to get a replacement lid out but unfortunately it is the newer, black lid from similar titanium bottles in stock. Hope they will replace with a white lid down the line that’s more pleasing aesthetically. Otherwise, I’m quite happy.

Cool but Beware…

You buy this because you love it. I love it, love it for its color scheme, its gradient, its design, its wider mouth opening for easier cleaning and maybe even 🧊 but upon receiving the item and following the instructions to clean the bottle and cap thoroughly, I noticed when closing the bottle with the recycle white cap, the twisting motion of the cap onto the bottle would shed its white plastic on the water itself. I must have cleaned it a dozen and more times, hoping it would stop. Reaching out to their customer service email with my concern and pictures, I was disappointed to not hear anything back. I did however reach out to their store and a representative heard me out and replaced the white cap with a black cap and I’ve yet to notice the plastic from that cap falling apart onto the water in the bottle. As for the squeaky noise while opening and closing the lid, it’s barely noticeable on my bottle. I kept the bottle because of the good customer service and really appreciate the black replacement lid as it’s does the job as well.
