Upgraded Magnesium Liquid: Sleep, Digestion, Calm, Focus

This product has definitely changed my sleeping and how long I remain asleep. I do take more than the recommended drops (as stated on bottle). It works!

How in the world are you supposed to take this? I put a couple of drops below. My tongue had no idea of the consequences of doing that I tried. Read the directions about drinking something with it, but if you could help me out with this and what time of day it’s best to take it.

I am not sure if it was any better absorbed or effective but the plasma suspension is alarming when you put it in your mouth. I don't imagine many people will tolerate it.
