I went in to have some knives sharpened and a wall of beautiful knives kept whispering to me. If you love knives you know what I mean! Great info from the staff and a few minutes later my new knife and I were on our way home. It is incredible!

Fantastic knife. Home cook here. Overall knife came super sharp, is really comfortable in the hand and has a good weight that makes it feel robust but still well balanced. Needs just a little bit of rounding on the spine and choil to make it that next level of comfortable but is by no means uncomfortable without it. Highly recommend it if you’re looking to get into Japanese chef knives.
