My niece is celiac and my aunt and cousin feel much better cutting the gluten out so I figured I’d give your pasta a try!! It did not disappoint!!! Everyone loved it including g myself who eats gluten. I would eat this on a regular basis and plan to!! Thank you for creating such a great product!!

I can not believe how good this pasta is! My daughter and I are gluten free and bought for ourselves, but the rest of our family liked it even better than their own pasta. It is not grainy and the texture is perfect. It held a bolognese sauce perfectly. I will be purchasing more!
