Really good energy gels, love the consitency and definitely easy on the stomach. Did a long ride and ate 3 of these, no issues. Good energy source, great flavor. Definitely recommend mixing it up a bit before eating, otherwise the bottom of the packet is too salty. Found the endurance flavor much more enjoyable.
