The most fun and easy to follow class

I made the cookies after the class to decorate with my daughters and grandkids. We had so much fun decorating and I got to do the cup which I absolutely loved. It was already late November, so I decided to give it different holiday colors. While, I still need more practice, I truly enjoyed applying the skills learned. I have other classes to do and I’m looking forward to doing them as soon as I recover from a recent surgery. The videos are so detailed and easy to follow and learn. Highly recommended them!

Grace has such a great decorating sense. I loved the latte cookie. Meant to try to make it a Christmas latte this year with my cookies but ran out of time. Another fantastic class!

Cute fall cookie set

I learned a lot about frosting consistency with the attached video within the class book. It was really helpful to understand the difference in consistency and what you'd use each one for. I left off some of the details like the sweater technique, lines on the pumpkins and the mini pumpkin on the latte. I tried each but liked the cookies simpler. I absolutely love the lemon icing. The suggested dough rolling guides were a great new tool for me. I've been inspired by Grace for about a year and have been watching her instagram posts for ideas but the class was the better way to go. I still have a Christmas and a birthday class to take and I'm excited to learn even more. I'm pretty new to royal icing. Thank you Grace.
