Sweet Ease™ tablets

I believe it’s working - it’s been a few weeks for me. But I have less stronger needs for sweets and sugary things. Even during my Luteal phase - it wasn’t that bad. I feel like I have less sugar crashes during the day and my energy is more stable after eating.
