Neem tablets

Overall, I’ve really enjoyed adding Neem to my supplements. I take it daily to support my skin and was especially drawn to its cooling properties since I tend to be more pitta dominant. The reason for three stars is that many of the tablets in my bottle arrived broken or crushed. I’m sure this happened during transit, but it did make things a bit messy and less comfortable to take, and a few tablets were unfortunately wasted. That said, I’ll continue ordering from Banyan and am hopeful they’ll arrive intact next time!

My provider suggested I take neem with tumeric to control heat in my feet along with withdrawal of from having chilies in my diet. They are a great addition to my diet.
