I’ve been using this twice a day (one pill each time) for about two months. At first, I wasn’t sure if it was helping, but after I started the second bottle, I realized I’ve been having less fallout and my hair is feeling surprisingly thick (I have very fine hair). I definitely think this is worth trying for 4-6 months if you can afford it within your budget!
