Beet Touchstone Gold Seed

Beautiful and sweet medium-sized golden beet.

Good but probably won’t grow them again

First I was a bit disappointed by the number of seeds in the packet. There were far less than in the red beet packet we ordered. The beets were good, but not as flavorful as red beets. I did find them perfect for beet salad as they weren’t quite as messy.

I plant my beets in hoop houses. I plant my seed and germante in heated basement. If Ii have time I divide the ones that more one. then I transplant them into the hoop house. I am now picking beets and selling them at the farmer's market. People love them.
