It’s super convenient because I can wear it while doing groceries or other chores, and that’s definitely a pro. However, there are two cons: first, I can’t bend over without it automatically stopping, even at a slight angle. Second, the milk output is quite a bit lower than other wearable pumps. Compared to the Medela Freestyle I used before, I’d say this Air 1 model pumps about 10% less.
