I am disappointed with the delivery service. The delivery driver threw my package at the front door instead of placing it down carefully. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Fortunately, the package was not seriously damaged, but the driver’s behavior could have easily caused damage to the products inside. I purchased baby products and expected the package to be handled with care. I hope Moonkie will work with its shipping partners to improve delivery standards and ensure packages are treated properly.
