Emergency Lactation Brownies

They taste good, but I haven't noticed much change in my production. Ive been eating them for almost week. But I havent noticed much of a change. I get maybe 2-3 oz out when I pump. And I was getting that even prior to getting the brownies. Im staying hydrated. Maybe its just my body im unsure....

Not bad! Im not sure how much these impacted my supply as I am taking other supplements as well, but theyre tasty and a nice little snack while i’m pumping. I’ll definitely order again.
