Fabulous filets

I’ve always thought they were a little too lean but these farm filets have great marbling for this cut. Great flavor!!

great flavor

One was huge, one Was mostly fat. The huge one probably 10 ounce or more. We split that one. The other was probably 6 ounces of which two thirds was gristle and fat. The dog loved it. So I got what I needed but not what I expected. Great flavor!
