Kōracha all the way!
Stayed at the Fairmont Kea Lani and they had this available at the breakfast buffet. Enjoyed it so much that I ordered one as soon as I returned from my trip. It is also local and for a good cause - definitely recommend checking it out!

A great hot sauce for a great cause
It's a fantastic hot sauce with a lot of aromatic flavors. We use it a lot for dumplings at our house. It really takes them from good to amazing. We'll worth the purchase.

Flavor is excellent. Just the right amount of spice, not blazing hot but has a kick to it. I’d describe it as all the benefits of Sriracha but with more flavor and sweetness.
