Bought this for my Catalyst Fermenter for removing the trub from my must/wort without so much product loss as with the 16 ounce jar.

Science project

I love the Catalyst Fermentation system. My wife is kind enough let me have this in our living room so I can sit in my and watch it bubble and boil. It is so much fun to be able to see it just like a Science project. Great quality and very sturdy. It will be used for years and years.
