Hybrid training
I genuinely enjoy the training. As an experienced lifter and an active-duty military member operating at a high tempo with heavy physical demands, this style fits me perfectly. I look forward to every training day because it keeps things fresh, challenging, and purposeful. What I appreciate most is that it consistently introduces movements and methods that support my goals—things I might overlook if I were programming everything myself. Now I can just execute the workouts with confidence, knowing I’m building a well-rounded foundation and not leaving major gaps in my overall performance.

High level program
Program comes out of the gate swinging and doesn't stop. It's a blast. I could see and feel the difference in my physicality levels in the first week!
