I was looking for an electrolyte packed drink with no sugar and all the things I need to refuel properly without compromising. I am running more and training for my longest distance race which is 10 miles and being a heavier runner I sweat a ton and was prone to cramps or being really dehydrated after my runs. This drink has helped me rehydrate the right way, I’m glad the makers made a note about the first consumption to me it was hard to drink but after days 2-7 became easier and now it’s just pour drink and keep going!
