Women's Sizes are Off

I bought this pair for my wife who is a size 7 in every shoe she owns except these lifters, they were way too small, at least a half size maybe more. I contacted customer service about an exchange for the next size up since I got them at Black Friday pricing and was told I would have to return them at my cost and pay full price for a replacement, no understanding at all from a company that decided to reinvent standard sizes and not share with their customers.

Stable and comfortable

Perfect fit, extremely stable and comfortable. Much improved over my eight year old Innov8 lifters. Heavier than I thought they would be.
