Every thing was fine, just wish I had taken them up on the offer to ship the frozen items separately since they did thaw with the lobster. Would order with them again when I figure out how to get better heat under a 5 gallon pot on an electric range. Lol.

The package was dropped off at 11:00am and I received a notification at 3:00pm when i picked up at 3:30 the lobster was dead. When I reached out to customer servucw they only apologized and stated a manager would call me back No other action was taken. Noone returned my numerous calls. NEVER again!
