Uncooked Sliced Country Ham - Signature Cure

It is "Good" for sure ... but I am sorry to say I have had better...hard to explain but the taste is not like authentic, deep country taste (deep savory funk, and complex hickory slow aging smoke taste)...it does have intense saltiness which is expected. Guess as a older past country man, I was spoiled in the past with that older heritage brand of ham. Still "Good" ham sent !

Couldn't eat!

This company was sincerely interested that I got exactly what I wanted and even went above and beyond to make sure I got it on time! They were so wonderful and the ham was so good!
