Country Ham Hocks (3-Pack)

These arrived today and are individually wrapped. They look meaty and delicious. I cannot wait to try a hock in some beans soon.

I cooked my hocks in a pot of beans. I found that the fat after the hock cooked for awhile and I cut it up in small pieces melted in my mouth. And I don’t even like fat like that. However, the meat part of the hock I did not care for that much because it was too chewy. The slices of ham that I bought individually was ok to me only because the meat had a toughness, not generally associated with with an average ham.

I was happy with all the products I ordered. Nothing was overly salted. It was just the right amount
