Too hot for ice packs in Tucson

Well, I took a chance since this deal offered free ice pack packing, but it's too hot here now. Both ice packs were melted and actually hot even though it was all inside a special cooler bag. I carefully left it all inside the box and put it inside my fridge for 4 hours and the pictures show what they looked like when I took them out. Still quite soft and many melted out of their foil. I'm leaving them in the fridge for the rest of the night and then will sort out the really bad ones in the morning. Great deal, but never again will I order chocolate in the summer.

They say that your order is shipped with ice packs for protection. My order came radiating heat. There were 2 little ice packs that lost their ‘cold’ hours before(if not days.) I’m sure it was fine when they packed it, but they are responsible for choosing how to ship it, aren’t they? The company offered a 30 percent discount. Two weeks have gone by…NOPE.

Great Price But.....

They were a great price but they were melted when they came in. Will end up losing several of them. Still taste good but won't be serving them to guests.
