Good flavor helps me drink more water post workout

I think it helps but I use it post workout as a recovery drink. I like the taste, it’s a little sweet but I just add more water to it than maybe recommend to make it seem less sweet.

Helps me drink my half gallon of water daily!

Without these aminos, I'd never finish my water during the day, but the taste is so good with a good balance of salty and sweet that I find myself guzzling it down all day long.

Would love to try in a new flavor :)

I love the quality of this product! I'd love to take it daily, as recommended but I have a hard time finishing it due to the taste. It's not an off-putting, medicine taste, but... I guess the way I'd describe it is that the lemon lime flavor feels a little heavy, not like a refreshing, light citrus flavor. I realize this sounds extremely picky (I'm laughing at myself writing it, I sound so high maintenance), so take from this what you will! I just thought I'd put it out there just in case it's helpful. I admit, I am pretty picky about flavored drinks in general, and don't really like any of the LMNT flavors or Kion aminos flavors (for comparison). Would love to see a different flavor from Ideal Age in the future!
