Excellent Roast No Matter Which Brew Method
The Summer Blend is another fantastic coffee from Seven and it has exceeded my expectations once again. Whether I am pulling a shot of espresso, brewing via aeropress in the great outdoors, or experimenting with a Hario V60, this roast yields consistently great tasting coffee.

My fiance and I are getting married February 2026. I am from New York, he is from Seattle. It's a brunch wedding so we decided to give tea and coffee as favors. He found this company and I am so glad he did! This is the very best coffee. We have ordered from them 3 times already and will continue to do so!
