This pour over coffee will up your coffee game
How do you get a consistently good cup of coffee every day that goes beyond a caffeine delivery system to a complex, and delicious cup? Start with this selection of coffees, go to the pour over brew guide here at Seven, and quit settling for mediocre coffee. I really enjoy the Ethiopia Yirgachefe and get a great balance of fruit and dark notes using a Hario Mugen V60 style dripper, grinding a bit finer than sea salt and a multiple pour approach with 12 grams of coffee to 200 grams of water. But this is only one recipe that is part of the joy of brewing with any pour over method: the feeling of crafting a great cup of coffee. Start with these three coffees that are light to medium in roast, and you won’t be disappointed.
