Rather than have to buy a new Freesat box, I was pleased to save a lot of money by getting a replacement box. It arrived in 3 days, and the simple self-fitting instructions and enclosed tools made the whole job very simple.

Disc arrived promptly with tools. Followed video instruction, no problem at all, anyone could do it! The box took a while to reboot and still thought it had recordings, but couldn't find them of course. So "deleted" them and box working again. Recommended certainly!!!
