We had a large order shipment and the first half of our order came in less than a week, the other half was not long after that. I can’t really review the item I purchased on December 12th, as it is still in transit. I received an email to rate my item, but it’s been a month and I still don’t have it. I know it was the holidays, so that slows things down, but it seems to be taking forever!!

Most Beautiful & Amazing Bottles!

Not only was production and shipping EXTREMELY fast, customer service and the rep that I worked with was absolutely amazing. The owala bottles themselves? G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!!!!!!!! Such an incredible service compared to just other companies that "ink" or "screen print" on the surface. These look so professional/classy/expensive. I will be using them from now on for high-end items. I'm so beyond impressed. Thank you guys!
