Great Base Seasoning

This is my go-to for ring sausage. I use it as the base seasoning, then add ingredients accordingly to get the flavors or version of sausage I want.

Bologna/frankfurter mix

Love it. Tried it once making bologna and hotdogs and was awesome. Ordered 3 more packs and making more bologna and olive loaf this week. Fantastic using venison meat. You won’t be disappointed
