Returned the item. To view cameras away from home, you have to purchase a subscription. When buying the subscription, only a certain model of camera can be viewed from the app. Home already had cameras. Was able to view them in the app when at home but not away from home.

There is NO Customer support! The phone number listed will make you go through the prompts to get to the type of support needed and then disconnect. You can only send an email to ask for support. Night owl cameras don't have good night vision and are not compatible with any other brand.
