After a year of making it

I have figured out the mix to make it great coffee. I use 27 grams of coffee to 16 oz of water, or 54 grams for 32 oz. of coffee to 4 ½ cups of water in my Bunn. You may need to tweak this slightly at your house. The trick is: too bitter, use less water; too watery, use more water. Seems counter intuitive, but makes scientific sense. It makes a really great, full flavored mug of coffee.
