Mouth Tape + Nose Strip Bundle

These are great, the mouth tape im still getting used to, the nose strips are awesome and instantly relieve spme pressure in my head, sleep scores are trending up

I absolutely love the nose strips and mouth tape. Helps my sleep and conditioning myself to nasal breathe.

it is working great. the mouth patches are a nice big size like the storage tin. the only problem is taking off the backing off is sometime hard.
