I work a rotating shift schedule so finding something with low dose melatonin was high priority. On days or nights where I need the nudge to drift off I pop one of these and im slowly in lala land within 20 mins. My sleep score is drastically better with the sleep tabs. Ive turned my wife onto them and now she wonders why I never told her about them before. Better asleep than never.

I believe that my wife and I have tried every product available. These little melting gems are definitely our favorite. I swear that they make my dreams more dynamic in a very good way. Not that they will do this for you, but it is cool for me. My wife says she sleeps better. I even shared a pack with a co-worker because I was so happy. Give them a try.
